On August 24th, SCOPE CIMSA UNAND conducted an event called HELICOPTER (Health Issues, Language Course, and Playing Games with Incomers). This event involved every KM FK UNAND member and eight SCOPE CIMSA Incomings on August to share health information, language, and culture.
Incoming program is a platform for all SCOPE members to establish social solidarity and optimizing language exchange, experience, health information, and culture between the incomers and the students on Andalas University medical students. Therefore, it is important to have a project that facilitate he needs in order to exchange any knowledge, experience, and also culture among the participants. From that urgency, we conduct this event, HELICOPTER, which focused on foreign language course and health issues discussion forum.
This event supports CIMSA’s focuses on SDGs that is Stated on the third point, “Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages” the fourth point, “Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all” and also a part of CIMSA program called “Human Resources for Health”
