Universitas Kristen Duta Wacana's Faculty of Medicine was founded in 2009. Because it is in the heart of Yogyakarta, the location is extremely advantageous. The faculty has a main building for academic needs, auditoriums for lectures and other large events, 10 laboratories for anatomy, histology, biochemistry, pharmacology, physiology, microbiology, parasitology, pathology (both anatomic and clinical), and also a Clinical Skills Lab, a library, a computer lab, and 10 tutorial rooms for group discussions.
